Who we are

swipeby.app is run by SWIPEBY, 31 NE 17th Street, Miami, FL 33132. Questions about this policy go to arianne@swipeby.app.

What we collect

When you apply for a free month, we collect what you type into the form:

• your name, email address and phone number
• your restaurant's name and address
• how many servers you have

If you pick your restaurant from the suggestions, we also save its Google Maps listing so we know exactly which restaurant you mean. To keep out spam, we also receive your IP address and basic browser details when you send the form.

How we use it

• to review your request and get back to you about it
• to set up review cards for your restaurant if we work together
• to keep a record of your request in our customer records

We may email or call you about your request. If you don't want to hear from us, reply "no" to any email and we'll stop.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Services we use

A few trusted providers help run this site and only handle your information to do that job:

• Google reCAPTCHA checks that the form is sent by a person, not a bot. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
• Google Maps provides the restaurant suggestions in the form.
• Google Workspace handles our email.
• Cloudflare hosts this website.

This site doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies of its own. Google may set cookies for reCAPTCHA.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as it's useful for working with you, and delete it when you ask us to.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email arianne@swipeby.app and we'll take care of it.

Children

This site is for restaurant owners and managers. It isn't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
